General Terms

These Terms of Service apply to services provided by HOSQUE Technologies de l’information, including hosting, domains, servers, game infrastructure, managed services and related digital solutions.

By ordering, renewing or using a service, the customer accepts the applicable service limits, billing rules, acceptable use requirements and operational policies published by HOSQUE.

Acceptable Use

Services must not be used for illegal activity, unauthorized access, malware distribution, phishing, spam, abuse, copyright infringement or actions that may harm HOSQUE infrastructure, third parties or network reputation.

Service Delivery

Provisioning times depend on stock, payment confirmation, fraud checks, selected location and technical requirements. Custom or dedicated services may require manual preparation.

Payments and Renewal

Customers are responsible for paying invoices before due dates. Unpaid services may be suspended or terminated according to the billing cycle and service policy.

Backups and Responsibility

Unless a managed backup service is explicitly included, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. HOSQUE may provide backup options as a separate service.

Policy Changes

HOSQUE may update these terms to reflect operational, legal or technical changes. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the updated terms.
